Timen House, your premier source for low-cost accommodations in North Hollywood, CA, and the surrounding area. Timen House specializes in providing low-cost hostel lodging to those who are visiting the North Hollywood area! We are in a quiet location, provide Dish Network, HBO, Showtime, etc., have new air conditioning, and a large communal kitchen. We are a private residence with a security gate and required security code. Located only 5 blocks from Metrolink in the Art District of North Hollywood. A 7-minute car ride or 20-minute walk from the Burbank Airport, surrounded by food, liquor stores, and shops. Our main priorities are the needs of our guests, which is why we offer a variety of amenities to make your stay with us more comfortable.
